Artist drawing of project car

Dearborn Classics is building a full tilt resto-mod 1964 Galaxie dubbed “Sixtee 4”. The car is currently under construction and is being being built at a premium level in our own work shop in an attempt to create a Galaxie that has the beauty and character of the past complimented with many of the automotive products of the future. The complete rotisserie restoration and build of this car is being photo documented. This car will have much of the original feel as we will retain original body moldings, aluminum trim and chrome ornamentation. Subtle changes will be made to improve on the original design while retaining much of the factory feel. Some of the highlights of the car will be the 390 High Performance engine with factory tri-power carburetion and Billet Specialties Tru Trac Serpentine pulley system, Tremec TKO 5 speed transmission, front and rear air bag suspension, front and rear disc brakes, and rack and pinion steering system. Many of the products we are including on this car are brand new as we are developing new products for our product line as we build the car. We plan to have this car featured in several publications as well as in the Dearborn Classics catalog, website and will be taken to national events. We plan to take to the completed Gal to the Portland Roadster show, SEMA, Fabulous Ford Show at Knotts Berry Farm as well as many other events to be scheduled. We have been making a lot of progress this year. Check out what we have done.
