DESCRIPTION

  • Converts Your Classic To Power Brakes
  • 8" Dual Diaphragm Booster
  • 1-1/8" Bore Master Cylinder
  • All New Best Quality Parts
  • Will Not Work On Factory Power Brake Cars
  • For Disc/Drum Or Disc/Disc Configurations

Converting your classic Ford or Mercury to a quality power brake booster/dual master cylinder is now a simple bolt-in installation. This power booster conversion kit is designed with the 1955-1959 Ford/Mercury application in mind, making the installation as simple as possible.

This combo is not recommended when using a 292, 312 or 352 engine due to exhaust manifold clearance issues. It will not work on factory power brake equipped vehicles. Due to master cylinder bore size, this is not recommended for a four wheel drum brake application.  It is more suited to cars with disc/drum or disc/disc brake systems.  See our other listings for what you need to convert the front to disc brakes using your original spindles.NOTE: Includes: 8" Dual Diaphragm Power Brake Booster, 1-1/8" Bore Dual Reservoir Master Cylinder, Firewall Mounting Brackets, Push Rod, Vacuum Hose w/ Manifold Fitting, Syringe Bleeder
